The Offering: Monks cafe, Flemish sour ale. Flanders oud bruin. Brouwerij Van Steenberge. Belgium

ABV: 5.5%

As far as sour beers go, this is pretty light on the sour. Maybe if you aren't a big sour brew person this is perfect. Its's not bad, it's actually quite good, just not that sour. The main note is crabapple cider from nose to mouth with a little citrus. It actually ends up slightly sweet and malty. Not for the sour lover but a Solid brew.
