The Offering:  Reissdorf Kolsch, Kolsch, Privat-Brauerei Heinrich Reissdorf GMBH & CO. Germany

ABV: 4.8%

Smells like sour apple cider, very tart on the nose. Bland lager mouth, no tartness. Pretty clean drinking but not a whole lot going on. Chalk this up to the Germans perfecting uneventful but very drinkable beer. This is to be drunk not savored.
