The Offering:  Consecration, American wild ale. Russian River brewing Co. California, USA

ABV: 10.0%

Great dark sour brew, aged in Cabernet Sauvignon barrels. Citrus and currant nose with grape. The mouth is bitter with hints of cider. Incredibly complex sour brew landing somewhere between beer and wine. Great! Drink this and love it!
